Who we are.
Thomas Luly
Tom worked with PhDs and postdocs at MIT to translate their technical and scientific research into startups, and this motivated him to pursue his MBA at MIT Sloan, where he was co-President of the Sloan Entrepreneurship Club. He also served as teaching assistant for the Tough Tech Ventures Lab joint course at Sloan and HBS. He has served as a consultant and advisor to a handful of deep tech startups transitioning from the lab to market, leading efforts such as commercial development, go-to-market strategy, and technoeconomic modeling. He holds a BA in political science from Hobart College.
Eder Medina
Eder finished his doctoral studies in Engineering Sciences at Harvard University, focusing on building intelligent mechanical systems and holds a BSc. from the University of Texas. With expertise in optimization techniques and advanced manufacturing, he bridges theory with real-world engineering solutions to foster high-impact technological innovation.
